Urgent Notice for NIOS Students:

• All counselling processes have started early this year, and NIOS students are being ignored or denied. To protect our rights, we plan to file a writ petition in Delhi High Court.
• I talked to 2-3 lawyers. They said it's better to file the petition with 10-20 students – it will have more impact and cost less. They advised us to file it by Monday, as courts will go on vacation from June. We may get a decision within 1 week (in 1-3 hearings). • Without this petition, we may not get anything now. I also tried contacting counselling authorities, but they either refused or didn’t respond.

If you are a NIOS student with Delhi address proof and want to join us, message @versec88 on Telegram or email [email protected]. Cost will be around ₹10000–22000 per person. (I know its expensive, but thats high court for you)

We will all meet at the lawyer’s office (in delhi) with our documents. We can go to the high court on hearing date and also the petition hearing will be live-streamed on YouTube (link will be shared on websites and tg group).

Please respond urgently. We need people fast!

If you can’t afford to pay, just join the telegram group, if we unite in masses, then I will reach out to people like manish verma or other influential people in NIOS. (just like alakh pandey did for neet students in 2024)
